It is directly at the loading docks, which include a 4 foot dock for 51' trailers. The Suite has an office, with direct visible to the customer who parks right outside the Suite. Also an overhead door allowing easy access for loading and unloading goods. Private bathroom. USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon etc come to the site daily for deliveries and pick ups.
