This is a 6000 square foot metal warehouse with high eves and three over head doors. There is a bathroom but the water is not currently connected and the electric is not connected. Many sky lights make the building very light during the day. There are two additional concrete slabs that can be utilized. The building is very solid construction and the ceiling is insulated. There is about two acres in front of the building for plenty of parking and there could be many uses for the additional acreage behind the building.
