All above-drainage coal exhausted; below drainage rim seam (steam) and Blue Gem/Straight Creek seam (silicon grade) intact. Surface is mixed hardwood forest last selectively logged in 2000. Property contains 690 acres +/- with 50 acres minerals only. Property has been reclaimed in accordance with the Forestry Reclamation Approach, and has been forested successfully.
