City of Blue Island would consider a liquor license as long as it's not a Bar or Lounge. Building is ready to be leased out all inspections and repairs have been completed per Village Inspections. Building looks great and ready for the new Tenants, Village has reached out to us and they would love to see a Grocery store since there's only 2 in the town. Multiple parking spaces around the whole building along with municipal parking across from parcel. Metra a few blocks away and bus stop is right in front of building.
