The property has amazing views with immaculate sunsets and 2 wells. 2 large tanks (one is green, other us black) are situated right before a drop off. There is a burner type thing next to the tanks with hoses leading out. To the west there is a large pond and to the east is a hole that looks like it wants to be a pond, it's lined with plastic. The last time the owner visited the property there was a broken down truck with water tanks in it. All these items convey to the property.
