Duplexes include a shaded front porch with patio furniture and a view of Corpus Christi Bay. The DUPLEX interiors provide a separate bedroom with a roomy closet and an armoire for storage. DUPLEXES sleep a maximum of four with sleeping spaces in the bedroom and in the living room. The main living area includes a Murphy bed that can be folded up to allow more floor space when not in use. The kitchen and dining area are included in the main room. Cottages By The Bay DUPLEXES include bamboo floors, a kitchen with granite counter tops, all new fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The utility area includes a front-loading washer-dryer, and the bathroom features a pedestal sink and a Kohler deep-soaking tub.
