This house is simply amazing! Every room has been updated. The original hardwood floors are in pristine condition. The updated, eat-in kitchen is absolutely beautiful. The only thing that has not been updated in this home is the range/oven and I am so glad. It is straight out of the '60's and it is gorgeous. I'm told that Samantha Stevens (Bewitched) had this same model stove in her kitchen. It is clean and it works as good as new. I can't wait to show it to you! The updated bathroom is very spacious, with lots of storage and the ceiling--again...absolutely beautiful! Three bedrooms with ample closet space - perfect for a growing family or just to have space for your things. It has an attached laundry room and seller will leave the washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances and window treatments will convey. Let's move on to the attic.
