This lot is the favorite hang out of the local deer:) I often see them crossing the road into this lot. Clear your self a spot and commune with nature. Enjoy the privacy and coolness a treed lot provides. Put your boat in at the neighborhood boat ramp, access the TN River, or meet up with neighbors under the pavilion waterside. On chilly afternoons light a fire in the fire-pit. The community is full of wildlife, owls, eagles, deer and more. Yet only a 1 hour drive to either Knoxville or Chattanooga. Water, electric, gas and high speed internet - all underground and at the street.
