VIEWING - Monday April 28 - 4 to 7 P.m. TERMS: Property offered at public auction closing on May 8, 2025 at 12 p.m. Successful bidder will be required to enter into an “AS IS”, non-contingent purchase agreement and pay $7,500 non-refundable earnest money down payment the day of auction.   Balance is due with certified funds on or before June 10, 2025, the date of closing.  Possession is the date of closing.  Seller shall pay current any delinquent real estate taxes.
