The Shepperd Subdivision is a wonderful neighborhood close to Old Mill Springs Boat ramp. Bring your home lake home floor plans and settle into this nice 2.75 acre lot. There is a community path just down the hill you can either walk to in about 5 minute or ATV to in about 2. The boat ramp for easy launching is only 3 miles away to Lake Cumberland.
