The Lake House also sports a whole-house reverse osmosis system; the water heater was replaced in 2021. The well pump was replaced (140 feet deep) in 2023. All appliances, washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher were replaced in 2023 and have a three (3) year warranty.
