Cottages By The Bay STUDIO are accessible by a wooden staircase and offer two covered parking spaces below. Each unit includes its own metal cargo lift for groceries and luggage and its own private porch that provides an excellent view of Corpus Christi Bay. The STUDIO interiors are uniquely decorated and efficiently designed to make the most of each unit's 490-square-foot space. Studios sleep a maximum of three and offer one queen bed and one twin. The Murphy beds can be folded up allowing more floor space when not in use. Each Cottages By The Bay STUDIO unit includes bamboo floors, a separate kitchen with granite counter tops, all new fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The utility area includes a front-loading washer-dryer, and the bathroom features a pedestal sink and a Kohler deep-soaking tub.
