Excellent commercial corner lot, zoned B-1 and located on one of Lexington's best known and busiest business corridors, with a traffic count of +/- 13,200 cars per day. Great location for a coffee shop, doughnut shop, telephone store, bank branch, just to name a few. Southland Drive was the subject of an extensive renovation project in 2020.
