Usually, these larger lots are further out and then need septic systems at about a cost of 35K, but ours are nice in that they will have city sewer ( a forced sewer line with grinder pumps at each house ), and Va Natural Gas is available right there at the lane; Plus, is fairly close to the main part of Va Beach, and you can go right down Indian River Road to get to Norfolk, and take North Landing to Chesapeake. This lot had a site plan approved to build on it about 5 years ago, so is buildable as it is per the city. Prices will probably go up once the sewer line is put in, in which then when that is done we will start cleaning up the lots more; and with them ready to go, and real estate prices going up in general, the price will probably be higher.
