The exact dates are flexible but the owner is hoping to rent from May to September in 45 day increments for example: June 1 to July 15 and then July 17 to August 30. But this is flexible. Each 45 days would be $12,500. A security deposit and 1/3 of the rent will be due at signing of a simple rental agreement with generous accommodations for extenuating circumstances. The price for each 45 day slot is $12,500 for prime summer months June, July, August.
