We have a conveniently located one-bedroom apartment available for rent, subject to a conditional pet policy. We allow one pet that weighs under 20 lbs, with a non-refundable due of $300. An application of $75 is required for each person aged 18 and older. Upon approval of the application, a deposit equal to one month's rent will also be required. Water and trash services are included. The tenant will receive a discount of $400 on their first month's rent.
