With no restrictions, you can build when you want and what you want. This property is not financable through any bank, so cash is the way to buy. Power is not near, so solar is the best bet for electricity with a water catchment. The views surround you in all directions. Photography and rock hunting (there are great rocks & fossils) are a great pastime. You can hunt on your property during hunting season.
