This is a 236 Acre piece. Once used for farming, so it has great soil. We have a survey where we broke it out into nine 25 acre lots. We will provide this if you would like to sell them individually, or develop it. We have a lot of projects going on, so decided to move away from this. There will be very little restrictions.
