I love this unit for a number of reasons but convenience is top of the list.It is about a 1 minute walk to the community pool.The complex is a very quick drive to the east to Pier Park or to the west to 30A.The Carousel Grocery is close by for grocery shopping (and best wine selection around) and don't forget Thomas Drive-In for the best donuts!!It's comfortable vibe with beachy decor, a hall bunk for the kiddo (an additional one could be added) and a 2020 HVAC will give you a beach oasis to enjoy for years.These units traditionally do 18K-28K per year gross depending on how it is managed.
